Section 74
Provisions related to opening a branch and appointing a representative (agent)
: (1) The licensee may open a branch or appoint a representative in the country to which he has sent workers after obtaining approval from the department.
(2) The licensee may open a branch or appoint his representative within Nepal after taking approval from the department as prescribed.
(3) When appointing a representative in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), a bond shall be kept as prescribed and the licensee shall be responsible for the work done by such representative.
(4) Other arrangements related to opening branches and appointing representatives shall be as prescribed.
